Sign-in privacy

This firm-operated service uses your Google work-account email, verification status, organization, and stable account identifier to verify your identity and restrict connector access.

It does not request Gmail or Drive access. Google tokens are used for sign-in verification and then discarded. Short-lived browser sessions and connector authorizations are stored privately on the firm’s DigitalOcean server. Verified enrollment information expires after seven days unless Josh approves and pins the account identity in the access configuration.

ChatGPT receives a connector-specific authorization, not your Google credentials. Connector operations have separate audit records and privacy-filtered error reporting. Contact Josh to revoke connector access or remove your enrollment information.
